Moscow, 28 June 2024 — Nornickel, the world’s largest producer of palladium and Class I nickel and a major producer of platinum and copper, announces that shareholders held the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in absentia on 28 June 2024. The shareholders also approved the annual report for 2023, RAS accounts, the consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS for 2023, elected the Board of Directors and the Audit commission. The AGM approved not to pay dividends for the financial year 2023.

The AGM approved JSC Kept as the auditors for RAS accounts and IFRS consolidated financial statements.
