The operation of the Corporate Trust Line at «Nornickel» ensures that all employees of the Group and other stakeholders can report to the Company's management about:

Violations of occupational health and safety requirements and workers' rights to safe working conditions; Violations of labor legislation, established wage payment procedures, and provision of social guarantees; Non-compliance with the Code of Business Ethics; Any actions that may be considered corruption, abuse of power, commercial bribery, or fraud; Any actions that may be related to theft or misuse of the Company's assets; Non-compliance with environmental protection requirements in the Company's operation areas Violations of Russian legislation and internal corporate policies; Violations of human rights in local communities, including the freedom of association and the rights of indigenous peoples, in the course of the Company’s activities; Other violations, including human rights violations within the Company's divisions, enterprises of the Group, and its contractors

The Corporate Trust Line accepts reports concerning all divisions of Norilsk Nickel Group, as well as contractors and subcontractors providing services or performing work at the Company’s sites.

The Service operates in accordance with the Regulations on the Functioning of the Corporate Trust Service of PJSC «MMC «Norilsk Nickel».

To ensure an effective review process, please provide as many details as possible regarding the violation, including the date, time, department, full names of those involved, circumstances, and any other relevant information.

You may submit your report anonymously. However, providing your contact details allows you to receive feedback on the results of the investigation. If you wish to receive such information, please indicate this in your report and tick the box for ‘Request results of the report review’. Additionally, personal data must be provided when reporting violations related to wage payments and compensations.

All reports received by the Corporate Trust Line are processed confidentially, promptly, and objectively, regardless of the status of the individual involved in the report.

When submitting a report, please consider the following:

Complaints about personal or household issues, as well as information about employees’ private lives unrelated to their professional activities, will not be reviewed; Knowingly false reports that defame the honor, dignity, or reputation of Company employees or other persons are not allowed;

Submitting a report to the Corporate Trust Line does not limit your right to contact regulatory or judicial authorities.
