A digital transformation project to create more comfortable cities.
The project will be implemented in three phases until 2025. The first phase includes the launch of the City Online platform in Norilsk, Dudinka, Monchegorsk, Murmansk, and Krasnoyarsk.
In 2023, the key events of the project included the IMAKE Science Camp in Skolkovo, Skill Camp in Vladivostok, and the IMAKE Engineering Marathon, whose seminars and workshops took place in various cities. More than 5,000 schoolchildren from Norilsk Nickel’s regions of operation participated in the project. At the international IYIA 2023 competition, representatives of LIGA IMAKE won 3 silver and 2 bronze medals.

This programme aims to trigger continuous improvement across operations while rewarding activist employees for promising ideas.
The programme was launched in the summer of 2021 at pilot sites of Bystrinsky GOK.
The annual economic benefit from implementing these ideas is expected to run into the hundreds of millions of roubles.
